Jess Nelson founded WAY Social a little over three years ago after a career in media — first as an on-air news reporter, then owning three community magazines. The agency now operates across 22 US states and 15 industries, doing everything from consulting and coaching to content creation and analytics reporting. The team describe themselves as social media strategists: strategy first, management second.
